A celebration of Cathleen Hunter's life

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathleen Hunter, a dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who passed away peacefully on 24th March, with her husband at her side.

Born in Carnoustie, Cathleen dedicated her life to caring for others through her work as a children’s physiotherapist. She was known for her kindness, warmth and gentle nature, and made a lasting difference to many lives.

Cathleen was devoted to her family and took great joy in time spent with loved ones. She will be remembered for her generosity, her strong sense of community, and her ability to bring people together.

Funeral service to be held at Warriston Crematorium, Lorimer Chapel on Thursday, 9th April at 10:00am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

In memory of Cathleen a kind ,compassionate and dear friend . You will be sorely missed by all who knew you. You left a legacy of many many children who benefited from your skills and care

Cathleen will be sorely missed but remembered as a wonderful friend and colleague. She was so welcoming, kind, caring and generous and put folks at ease . She enjoyed having a good time with all her different groups of friends and was a great cook! She had strong sense of community and social justice. As a colleague she was hard working, trustworthy , professional , had high standards and stood up for patients and colleagues and for fairness . The families she worked with really appreciated her dedication . She has been taken far too eatly , it is hard to accept .
